Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) is one of the most respected professional qualifications for business analysts. Knowledge-based versus competency-based: Know the difference
If you have studied the materials and have some knowledge, you can pass a knowledge-based certification exam, whereas competency-based certifications focus on outcomes, competencies, skills and performance and the scenario and case-study exam questions are designed to validate your proficiency level to prove you have the competencies required. In order to pass the CBAP/CCBA Certification, you must have a thorough understanding of the BABOK principles.
